I'm kind of picky with what I eat lately. Some things just don't taste good to me anymore, some things I just don't have an appetite for anymore, and some things come back up as quickly as they go down. But not potato salad. I love potato salad. -Eric

I haven't made some for a long time but my mother-in-law makes a really good one. I could eat the whole bowl. :)

Interesting that your shortest blog gets the most responses! Remember when Grandma Bodily would make enough potato salad to feed the entire neighborhood? Sure do miss that. And her cottage cheese/jello salad - heavenly.
